Managing cancer stress course - NEW!!
Have you had a cancer diagnosis and do you want to manage stress, anxiety or feelings of depression? The ‘Managing cancer stress’ program could be what you are looking for.
During this free 8-week pilot program, you will learn ‘mindfulness’ techniques that help you understand how the mind works and how to manage difficult emotions. Family members are welcome too.

Staying healthy after cancer
Have you recently completed treatment for cancer (or care for someone who has)? Is your cancer considered stable or in remission? Do you have a chronic form of cancer? This free six week group program will help to It covers

Can't get to a course?
Health SA is trialling an online 6 week course Healthier Living with Ongoing Health Problems - including cancer. SA residents can take part in this study, via the Internet. The course is supported by trained staff, and is very similar to the Staying Healthy after Cancer course (which is described above).
